Senior Manager, Corporate Strategy

About the role

As a Senior Manager of Corporate Strategy, you will partner with Salomon’s senior leadership to shape and execute the company’s long‑term strategic plan. You will translate ambitious visions into concrete, high‑impact initiatives that drive growth across product, marketing, commercial and operational functions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and animate Salomon’s Long‑Term Strategic Plan (LTSP), ensuring clear strategic choices and alignment across regions and functions.
• Lead high‑priority, cross‑functional strategic projects from problem definition through implementation.
• Structure complex strategic decisions, challenge assumptions, assess trade‑offs and present clear recommendations to senior leadership.
• Develop robust business cases for growth opportunities, new investments and innovative business models.
• Support CEO, CFO, Executive Committee and Board readiness with high‑quality analysis, decision materials and governance processes.

Required profile

• 6–8+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or a related strategic role.
• Proven ability to lead complex, enterprise‑wide initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to evaluating growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills to translate strategic insights into actionable recommendations.
