Senior Legal Counsel

About the role

Brevo is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join its global legal team in Paris. Reporting to the Global VP Legal, you will provide practical legal advice across the company and help shape the legal framework for a fast‑growing technology business.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver practical legal advice and risk assessments to senior management.
• Draft, review and negotiate a variety of agreements, including SaaS contracts, service agreements, DPAs and NDAs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, AI Act, CCPA and anti‑bribery laws.
• Monitor and analyse regulatory developments relevant to Brevo’s activities.
• Support due‑diligence processes for M&A transactions.
• Create and improve internal legal processes.
• Manage litigation and pre‑litigation matters.

Required profile

• At least 4 years of experience, with exposure to technology and commercial transactions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in both French and English.
• Self‑motivated team player capable of working independently.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive, result‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
