Senior Integrated Marketing Strategy & Planning Manager

About the role

Deliveroo, now part of DoorDash, is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager, Integrated Marketing, in Paris. Integrated Marketing France connects global marketing strategy with local business priorities to deliver impactful campaigns. You will identify France's priority marketing moments and turn global direction into a clear, integrated marketing plan, recommending what to adopt, adapt or challenge from global campaigns to maximise local impact.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business performance, consumer insights and market trends to recommend France's priority marketing moments.
• Translate global marketing direction into an integrated France marketing plan, deciding what to adopt, adapt or challenge.
• Develop evidence-based recommendations on priorities and trade-offs, balancing impact, investment and resources.
• Lead campaign kick-offs, align local and global stakeholders on objectives, responsibilities and timelines, and keep campaigns on time and to brief.
• Challenge functional recommendations constructively and simplify complex, cross-functional topics.
• Consolidate the France marketing plan into an executive overview and write strategic memos explaining the rationale behind recommendations and decisions.
• Present and defend France's marketing recommendations to global executives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in integrated marketing, marketing strategy, campaign planning or marketing programme management.
• Strong business acumen and analytical thinking, able to turn data and consumer insights into actionable recommendations.
• Ability to balance global consistency with relevant local adaptation, using clear evidence and constructive influencing skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to align teams without direct authority.
• Fluent in French and English, confident challenging and influencing stakeholders in an international environment.
