Senior HR Manager France & BeLux

About the role

The Senior HR Manager for France & BeLux is a key member of the France‑Belgium Leadership Team and works closely with the Southwest Europe leadership group. Reporting to the Regional HR Director, the role drives the People strategy, partners with business leaders and ensures HR processes are compliant and aligned with Brown‑Forman’s culture and values.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR point of contact for employees and managers across France & BeLux, handling complex employee‑relations matters, reorganisations and the full employee lifecycle.
• Own employee data, contracts, compensation communications, performance processes, onboarding/off‑boarding and Workday data management, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition, from role definition and sourcing to offer negotiation, onboarding and probation management.
• Drive inclusive talent and people‑development strategies, championing D&I initiatives and delivering training, workshops and wellbeing programmes.
• Manage the full performance‑management cycle, coaching leaders, providing feedback, handling performance‑improvement plans and supporting exits or terminations.

Required profile

• Senior HR experience with a proven track record as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager.
• Strong knowledge of French and Belgian employment legislation.
• Ability to work independently, lead projects and influence senior leaders.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills, fluent in English and French.

• Workday (HRIS) proficiency.
