Senior Fleet Manager – France

About the role

Amazon is seeking a Senior Fleet Manager to lead safety, compliance, and availability of its delivery fleet across France. The role will shape regional fleet strategy, launch new programs, and ensure vehicles meet local regulations while supporting rapid expansion of delivery operations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the regional lead for fleet health and safety, conducting audits and ensuring roadworthiness.
• Partner with Fleet Compliance and Safety teams to align with local regulations.
• Serve as the single‑threaded leader for product and program launches across French regions.
• Design and implement fleet‑operations initiatives and related programs.
• Build mechanisms to manage vehicle demand, especially during peaks and ramps.
• Influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to solve complex operational challenges.
• Define program objectives, deliverables, and align stakeholders to long‑term priorities.
• Negotiate and influence decisions while maintaining a strong stance.
• Balance cost, quality, and speed in vehicle‑supply decisions and mitigate long‑term risks.
• Travel 20‑30% across the assigned region to support operations.

Required profile

• Deep expertise in fleet management and strong knowledge of the French market.
• Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience managing volatile vehicle demand and making strategic trade‑offs.
• Willingness to travel regularly within France.
• Based at an Amazon delivery station in France.
