Senior Field Marketing Manager – France

About the role

LinkedIn is looking for a Senior Field Marketing Manager to own and execute the field marketing strategy for France. The role works closely with Sales leadership to drive customer growth, engagement and retention through integrated, measurable programs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement an end‑to‑end field marketing plan aligned with regional revenue targets.
• Partner with Sales leaders to identify growth and retention opportunities.
• Design and run integrated campaigns across events, webinars, digital, email, social and content channels.
• Plan and deliver customer and prospect events, ensuring strong business impact.
• Collaborate with Product and Integrated Marketing teams to localise go‑to‑market initiatives for the French market.
• Measure program performance, reporting on pipeline, ROI and key outcomes.
• Manage marketing budgets, agencies and external vendors.
• Build cross‑functional partnerships and act as a trusted advisor to Sales and Customer Success.

Required profile

• 6+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in B2B technology or SaaS.
• Proven track record of delivering integrated marketing programs that generate business results.
• Native or fluent French speaker with strong English communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
