Senior Enterprise Account Manager

About the role

Airbnb is looking for a Senior Enterprise Account Manager to join its EMEA Key Account Management team in Paris. You will act as the primary liaison for strategic enterprise and API connectivity partners, driving mutual growth and ensuring high‑quality supply across the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of key partners and develop win‑win strategies that increase Airbnb’s share of high‑quality stays.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with executives and decision‑makers within API and enterprise customers.
• Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and track performance against quarterly KPIs.
• Support partners through deep knowledge of API and technical integrations, guiding them on product roadmap and feature adoption.
• Represent Airbnb at external meetings and industry events.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in strategic partnership, key account management, or connectivity roles within a global technology or hospitality tech company.
• Fluent written and spoken English and French.
• Proven track record of growing a book of business and maintaining enduring client relationships.
• Experience in the hospitality technology space and familiarity with OTA specifications.
