Senior Director Marketing – France & Southern EMEA

About the role

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a senior marketing leader to shape and execute the marketing strategy for France and Southern EMEA. Reporting to the VP of EMEA Marketing, you will act as the region’s de‑facto CMO, driving brand awareness, market share and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies for the France and SEUR region.
• Partner with sales and channel executives to own the holistic regional marketing plan.
• Conduct market analysis and define regional KPIs in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Lead, mentor and grow a high‑performing team of 5+ marketing professionals.
• Oversee integrated multi‑channel campaigns and ensure alignment with EMEA messaging.
• Manage the regional marketing budget, allocate resources efficiently and track performance against targets.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in B2B technology or cybersecurity marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and collaborate with sales leadership.
• Strong strategic thinking with a track record of driving brand and revenue growth.
• Experience managing regional budgets and measuring campaign effectiveness.
