About the role

LinkedIn is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to join its Hiring Solutions team in Paris on a 12‑month fixed‑term basis. The role combines strategic advisory, data‑driven insights, and AI‑enabled enablement to help customers extract measurable value from LinkedIn’s recruiting products.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with customer stakeholders to ensure effective onboarding, adoption, and engagement with LinkedIn Hiring products.
• Collaborate with sales teams to drive retention, mitigate churn risk, and deliver ROI through success plans and business reviews.
• Act as a trusted strategic advisor, aligning product usage with customer business objectives.
• Provide data‑based recommendations, education, and best‑practice guidance to improve hiring workflows.
• Champion AI‑powered tools such as Hiring Assistant and Co‑Pilot, guiding customers in AI‑assisted search and messaging.
• Monitor usage metrics, identify low‑utilization areas, and implement strategies to boost adoption.
• Work cross‑functionally with Account Directors, Global Services, and Product teams to deliver a unified experience and influence product improvements.
• Focus on measurable outcomes such as recruiter efficiency, job fill rates, and candidate quality.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related client‑facing role.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships and act as a strategic advisor.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience delivering data‑driven insights.
• Comfortable working with AI‑enabled solutions and guiding customers through new technologies.
