Senior Controller

About the role

ARCHIMED is supporting one of its portfolio companies in hiring a Senior Controller. Reporting to the CFO and working closely with the executive team, you will drive financial performance, improve KPI visibility, and support strategic decisions in a fast‑growing international healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts and long‑term financial planning.
• Monitor financial results, analyse variances and produce management dashboards.
• Track operational and financial KPIs, partner with business units to enhance profitability and cost efficiency.
• Prepare monthly reports for executives, the Board and shareholders, ensuring data reliability.
• Support cash‑flow monitoring, working‑capital management and internal‑control improvements.
• Participate in M&A integration, transformation projects and ERP/BI implementation initiatives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• 7‑10 years of experience in controlling, FP&A, audit or corporate finance.
• Experience in a private‑equity‑backed company is highly valued.
• Strong analytical and financial‑modeling abilities with excellent business‑partnering skills.
• Hands‑on mindset, able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
