Senior Consultant – PLM (Aerospace, Toulouse)

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Senior Consultant specialized in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) to support aerospace engineering and cabin‑interior projects in Toulouse. You will act as the bridge between business users, development teams and stakeholders within a SAFe Agile environment, driving design, testing and delivery of PLM solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business owners to define new work packages and deliver value‑based consulting engagements.
• Translate business strategy into functional requirements and oversee their implementation across PLM, CAD and PDM tools.
• Participate in Program Increment (PI) planning, lead daily Agile ceremonies and remove blockers to maintain high delivery velocity.
• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of aerospace engineering solutions, ensuring alignment with program goals.
• Support RFP/RFI processes by defining scope and proposing digital‑transformation solutions.
• Mentor domain teams and act as the primary business focal point for engineering projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a functional or senior consultant in PLM, CAD/PDM environments.
• Strong understanding of SAFe/Agile methodologies and experience leading Agile ceremonies.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear software specifications.
