Senior Client Growth Partner - AI Transformation

About the role

Nagarro, a digital product engineering company with 18,000+ experts across 39 countries, is looking for a high-intensity account growth leader based in Paris. The role delivers double-digit year-on-year growth at one or more key accounts and positions Nagarro as the strategic partner for AI transformation with CXOs, expanding the breadth and depth of the engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Grow the assigned portfolio by 15%+ year on year.
• Achieve revenue targets together with the account's Custodian of Client Success, through structured account planning, shaping the CXO agenda, working with procurement and collaborating within Nagarro to identify and sell expanded offerings.
• Establish and maintain a seat at the top table for AI in the managed account(s), in partnership with AI for Change advisors and capability leads.
• Procure public testimonials and references from the client(s) about the quality of Nagarro's work.

Required profile

• 15+ years of overall experience in business or consultancy roles related to the IT domain.
• At least 5 years of key account leadership or similar focused experience with a 20+ million account for a well-known professional services firm, with a strong account expansion track record.
• Ability to engage client CIOs, CTOs, CDOs and business heads and build warm relationships.
• Deal shaping and commercial acumen: able to construct and defend a business case and comfortable in procurement and legal negotiations.
• Collaborative operator who works constructively with engineering and capability teams and earns their trust.
• Low ego, high accountability.
