Senior Business Development Analyst

About the role

Join Mastercard's Digital Partners team in France as a Senior Business Development Analyst. You will build and expand partnerships with fintech and SaaS providers, driving growth and positioning Mastercard as the preferred payments partner.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new and existing relationships with fintech and SaaS companies across key industry verticals in France.
• Identify and generate business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market research.
• Lead commercial negotiations from initial contact through contract signing, onboarding, and ongoing account management.
• Act as a trusted advisor, collaborating with internal product and service teams to design tailored solutions.
• Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and presentations, and negotiate pricing and contract terms.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of the fintech or embedded payments landscape.
• Excellent business acumen with a consultative sales approach.
• Self‑motivated, structured problem‑solver with a creative mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
