Senior Art Director – Luxury Women’s Ready‑to‑Wear Brand

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Art Director to shape and evolve the visual identity of a fast‑growing luxury women’s ready‑to‑wear brand. Working remotely from Europe, you will collaborate daily with the Chief Brand Officer in New York and senior leadership across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and evolution of the brand’s visual identity across all customer‑facing channels.
• Ensure consistency and excellence across ecommerce, social media, email marketing, paid media, campaigns, packaging and broader brand communications.
• Own the visual presentation of the ecommerce platform, including homepage updates, seasonal storytelling, landing pages and product presentation.
• Art‑direct photography shoots from concept through execution and provide retouching direction.
• Develop creative briefs for photoshoots, recommending models, stylists, hair‑and‑makeup artists, photographers and other freelance partners.
• Establish, document and maintain creative guidelines covering brand imagery, packaging, ecommerce and visual communications.
• Support the creation of efficient creative processes and workflows from concept to final delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of art‑direction experience in fashion, luxury or lifestyle.
• Proven ability to work across international time zones and collaborate with senior leadership.
• Willingness to travel internationally for photoshoots, campaign productions and key business meetings.
• Comfortable working fully remote while being available during US East Coast business hours (7:00 am–3:00 pm EST).
