Senior Architect – Lead Complex Projects

About the role

ArchArch, a leading architectural studio, is looking for an experienced Senior Architect to lead and manage complex projects from concept to completion. The role combines design leadership, client interaction, and mentorship of junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex architectural projects from inception through delivery.
• Oversee design development, ensuring projects meet budget, schedule, and quality targets.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project success.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects.
• Develop project proposals, budgets, and review all project documentation.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to verify compliance with design specifications.
• Identify and resolve design issues during construction.
• Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and codes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 10 years of professional architectural experience.
• Licensed Architect preferred.
• Strong leadership, project management, and communication abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices and LEED certification is a plus.
