Senior Account Manager

About the role

Klaxoon by Wrike is seeking an accomplished, consultative Senior Account Manager to join its high‑performing Expand Sales team. You will partner with a portfolio of enterprise customers (10,000+ employees), driving expansion, aligning with senior stakeholders, and delivering measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi‑year enterprise account plans for high‑value customers.
• Manage end‑to‑end complex sales cycles, from opportunity identification to negotiation, procurement, renewal and close.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders through data‑driven outreach to uncover expansion opportunities.
• Conduct consultative discovery sessions to understand customer pain points and business imperatives.
• Design and present value‑driven solutions that articulate Wrike’s ROI and differentiate from competitors.
• Analyze usage trends, adoption metrics and industry developments to prioritize expansion opportunities.
• Navigate enterprise procurement processes, including RFPs, contract negotiation and legal review.
• Monitor competitor offerings and market trends to inform account strategy.
• Leverage sales tools (Salesforce, SalesNavigator, ZoomInfo) and CRM best practices for stakeholder mapping, pipeline health and forecasting.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Customer Success, Solutions, Marketing and Product teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enterprise account management and expansion within large organizations.
• Strong consultative selling style with ability to engage senior executives.
• Comfort operating in fast‑paced, data‑focused environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive audiences.
