Senior Account Executive – Germany (AI Product Launch)

About the role

MyTraffic, a location intelligence platform serving more than 500 customers across Europe, is launching Gini, an AI-powered geospatial analytics assistant. It is looking for a Senior Account Executive to develop the German market. You will report to the CEO and the VP Sales, work alongside a team of about 8 Account Executives and a Lead Gen Manager, and collaborate closely with Customer Success.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities in Germany through outbound prospecting with a Lead Gen Manager and inbound leads from the Growth team
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, selling Gini to SMB and mid-market companies
• Demonstrate the value of location intelligence through demos and business cases
• Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities with Customer Success
• Contribute to the company's visibility through industry events and networking

Required profile

• At least 4 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, with exposure to data, geolocation, analytics or location intelligence solutions
• Full-cycle sales experience: prospecting, new business acquisition and account management
• Proven track record of carrying an annual quota of around €400K, with average deal sizes of €10–15K+
• Fluent German and English
• Entrepreneurial mindset, resilient and coachable, able to engage C-level and operational stakeholders

The process includes a 30-minute meeting with the VP Sales, a 2-hour business case, a values interview and a meeting with the CEO.
