Senior Account Executive – Enterprise Fintech (UK)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to lead strategic, high‑value enterprise sales across Europe for a fast‑growing French fintech. You will focus on B2B payments and embedded finance solutions, helping large organisations accelerate cash flow through our API‑driven platform.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute a commercial plan targeting enterprise accounts in vertical SaaS, marketplaces, PSPs, ERPs, procurement and TMS ecosystems.
• Generate outbound pipeline from scratch, prospect high‑potential customers and open new strategic accounts.
• Conduct C‑level conversations with CEOs, CFOs, founders and payment leaders to understand business models and financing needs.
• Develop business cases, quantify opportunities and structure embedded‑finance use cases.
• Navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple internal stakeholders (Risk, Compliance, Legal, Product, Finance, Implementation).
• Negotiate and close strategic deals while feeding market insights back to product and go‑to‑market teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in enterprise sales within fintech or payments, preferably with a hunting (new‑business) focus.
• Strong track record of closing multi‑million‑euro deals with large corporates.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to influence C‑level executives.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and visibility.
