Security Operations Analyst

About the role

The Security Operations Analyst joins Albéa’s Group Information Security function, reporting directly to the CISO. Working on a hybrid schedule (2 days onsite in La Défense, 3 days remote), the analyst supports both Group‑level and local sites, helping to identify and remediate security non‑compliances and incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse phishing notifications and take appropriate remediation actions.
• Validate and process security‑related requests such as whitelisting and account creation for security tools.
• Monitor alerts from managed security services (CrowdStrike, SOC, CybelAngel) and escalate critical incidents.
• Trigger and manage the Security Incident Process when required.
• Configure endpoint firewall policies, internal vulnerability scanners and SIEM tools.
• Produce and analyse security KPIs to identify gaps, prioritize them by risk score and assign owners.
• Maintain a “Security Watch” by monitoring information‑security channels for emerging threats.

Required profile

• Good understanding of information‑security principles and technologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively with global and local IT teams, third‑party partners and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret alerts, KPIs and incident data.
• Effective communication and teamwork to coordinate remediation actions.

• Antivirus and Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) solutions.
• Vulnerability management tools.
• Email filtering platforms (Office 365, Proofpoint).
• Windows Firewall configuration.
• Internet proxy and URL‑filtering technologies.
• Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) and Security Operations Center (SOC) processes.
• Experience with CrowdStrike and CybelAngel solutions.
