Sector Manager GMS – St Brieuc (CDI)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sector Manager for GMS to cover the St Brieuc, Guingamp and St Malo areas. As the brand ambassador in retail points of sale, you will drive sales growth, ensure our merchandising standards are applied, and represent the company’s interests in the field. This is a permanent full‑time position (CDI) based in the Brittany region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and increase turnover for our brands within the assigned territories by identifying growth opportunities and executing sales plans.
• Represent the company in retail outlets, promoting product range and brand image.
• Negotiate with retailers on promotions, placements and pricing to maximize visibility.
• Implement merchandising guidelines, ensure proper product placement and monitor compliance with planograms.
• Maintain strong relationships with store managers and regional partners, acting as the primary point of contact.

Required profile

• Passion for commerce, negotiation and merchandising.
• Willingness to travel across St Brieuc, Guingamp and St Malo.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
