SAP Sales & Services Architect (incl. Asset Management)

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a SAP Sales & Services Architect (f/m) to join its Spares & Services department for Customer Services in Toulouse, France. You will be part of a team shaping the Airbus vision, strategy and roadmap for the SAP Spares & Services PSL, and will design architecture that meets customer needs while aligning with the ERP and Digital strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive execution of the PSL SAP architectural roadmap, ensuring consistency with Airbus ERP and data strategy.
• Analyse business requirements and map them to the appropriate technological choices for S/4 transformation.
• Coordinate with Digital, Domain and System Architects to maintain a clear, end‑to‑end architecture design.
• Contribute to the SAP Template activity for Sales & Services and to the overall SAP technology vision.
• Collaborate closely with business owners, process owners and ERP strategy leaders to align architecture with end‑to‑end processes.

Required profile

• Professional experience in digital architecture within the Sales & Services functional scope.
• Technical expertise in SAP S/4 and Cloud solutions (SAP eCommerce, SAP Sales & Services Cloud, SAP CPQ, SAP CDC) and ERP processes.
• Hands‑on experience with Greenfield S/4 deployments and SAP integration projects in agile, transnational teams.
• High‑level SAP technical knowledge of data, artificial intelligence and cloud, with willingness to upskill in Asset Management (SAP EAM).
• Advanced proficiency in English.
