Salesforce Functional Analyst (T&DS)

About the role

Forvis Mazars' Technology & Digital Solutions (T&DS) organization is building a global, unified IT environment to support its audit, tax and advisory business. This permanent role reports to the T&DS Data Office owner and acts as a bridge between the business team and Salesforce technology, turning business requirements into technical and functional solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a Salesforce technical expert within the Business team and ensure applications meet technical and functional requirements.
• Ensure compliance with application standards, good business practices and group processes.
• Provide level 3 support, corrective maintenance and evolution of the application, including requirement analysis, technical and functional specifications and system configuration.
• Run and manage integration and non-regression test campaigns, support the Business team in UAT, and write design documents, user guides, specifications and test documents.
• Lead application project deployments, including release notes, MEP and post-MEP controls.
• Collect functional requirements from the Business team, transform them into a solution with third parties, and propose improvements.
• Manage vendor tasks, track and review vendor deliverables, and ensure handover to the operations support team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience as a functional analyst, with at least 2 years focused on Salesforce CRM systems.
• Candidates must be based in the Ile-de-France region; hybrid work at 50%.

Required skills

• Strong experience with Salesforce CRM platforms and API standards.
• Data analysis and CRM project management, using Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with CRM integrations, database management and business intelligence tools such as SQL and Power BI.
• Excellent French and English, with the ability to explain complex topics to non-technical audiences.
