Sales Support Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a trilingual Sales Support Coordinator to join our international commercial team in Paris. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will act as the central link between customers, sales, warehouse, suppliers and logistics providers, ensuring smooth order processing from quotation to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and process sales quotations, customer orders and purchase orders accurately.
• Track order progress, identify delays and communicate requirements to internal teams.
• Prepare packing lists, freight quotations and organise domestic and international shipments.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, warehouse staff and freight providers regarding delivery arrangements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date information in the company database and Excel reporting tools.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, manage complaints and follow issues through to resolution.
• Support the Sales Manager and Account Managers in meetings, presentations and sales reporting.
• Assist with telephone enquiries and provide general administrative support.

Required profile

• Fluent in French, German and English.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Customer‑focused with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, international environment.

What we offer
