Bee Goddess is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Sales Specialist for its boutique in St‑Tropez. The role focuses on driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, managing client relationships, and representing the luxury fine‑jewelry brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales and achieve or exceed established targets.
• Provide personalized shopping experiences that ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage and nurture client relationships, fostering repeat business.

• Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Proven sales and sales‑management experience with a record of meeting targets.
• Ability to train and mentor colleagues, promoting a collaborative culture.
• Passion for luxury products and a solid understanding of the fine‑jewelry market.
• Fluency in English; French language skills are a plus.
• Excellent organizational, problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
