Sales Recruiter – EMEA SDR Teams

About the role

Navan is seeking a proactive Sales Recruiter to help build and scale its Sales Development teams across EMEA. You will partner closely with business leaders to design and execute hiring strategies that attract top‑tier talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full‑cycle recruiting process: source, engage, assess, and close high‑performing candidates.
• Collaborate with executives and hiring managers to develop creative sourcing strategies and hiring plans.
• Act as an advocate for both candidates and hiring teams, ensuring clear communication and timely follow‑up.
• Leverage existing recruiting tools and explore new techniques to reach “A‑players”.
• Partner with interview panels to design and maintain a seamless interview experience.

Required profile

• Native or bilingual proficiency in French.
• 1‑2+ years of sales recruiting experience in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
• Background in MEDDPICC, Challenger, Sandler, or SPIN sales methodologies is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of scaling Sales Development Representative (SDR) teams.
• Strong sense of urgency, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to collaborate with senior leaders.

Required skills

• Fluency in French (native/bilingual).
• Experience with sales recruiting and talent acquisition tools.
