Sales Manager (VFX Studio)

About the role

BUF Compagnie, a leading visual effects studio with operations in Paris and Montreal, is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive business growth across the film and television industry. You will act as the primary liaison between the studio and its clients, shaping new opportunities and nurturing existing relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key clients and partners in the film industry.
• Prospect, pitch, present, and negotiate deals with new and existing business partners.
• Coordinate internal VFX producers and resources to ensure seamless contract execution and service delivery.
• Achieve and exceed annual sales targets, focusing on growth and incremental revenue opportunities.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of artistic VFX and current industry trends.
• Established network of relationships within the film and VFX sectors.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and leadership qualities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to set and implement strategic vision.
• Excellent oral communication and presentation skills.
