Sales Development Representative – EMEA

About the role

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) for EMEA will generate qualified pipeline for Omilia's enterprise sales team across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Working at the top of the sales funnel, the SDR identifies, engages and qualifies senior decision‑makers, turning interest into discovery meetings for Account Executives.

Key responsibilities

• Own top‑of‑funnel pipeline generation for assigned EMEA territories, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly qualified‑meeting targets.
• Research and build targeted prospect lists using Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo and other intelligence tools.
• Execute multi‑touch, multi‑channel outbound sequences (phone, email, LinkedIn, social) aimed at senior CX, IT and operations leaders.
• Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, events and website activity, rapidly assessing fit, intent and timing.
• Act as the first commercial touchpoint for Omilia in EMEA, clearly communicating the company’s value proposition.
• Maintain accurate activity records in Salesforce to provide full visibility of pipeline generation and conversion metrics.

Required profile

• Strong interest in enterprise technology sales and conversational AI solutions.
• Excellent communication skills in English; ability to craft personalized outreach in relevant EMEA languages.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to track and optimise outbound performance.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently across multiple time zones.
