Sales Agent – Luxury Yacht Sales

About the role

Leopard Catamarans is seeking a motivated Sales Agent to join its European sales team on the French Riviera. Reporting to the Sales Manager – Europe, you will be responsible for selling high‑end cruising catamarans to French‑ and English‑speaking clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop in‑depth knowledge of Leopard Catamarans’ sail and power yachts.
• Manage the full sales cycle using HubSpot CRM, from initial contact to signed contract.
• Nurture leads, achieve sales targets and contribute to marketing initiatives.
• Engage with industry forums, social media and blogs to stay informed.
• Represent the brand at boat shows, trade events and client sea trials.
• Coordinate yacht showings, client visits and sea trials, including travel as required.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably in high‑value or consultative environments.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building and solution‑focused mindset.
• Flexible, proactive and able to work evenings to support international clients.
• Motivated to deliver results and comfortable presenting information in person, by phone and email.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Experience with HubSpot CRM (or similar CRM platforms).
