About the role

Apple Retail is seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead a team that delivers the iconic Apple customer experience. You will coach, develop, and empower team members while ensuring the store meets performance goals and business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a diverse, high‑performing team.
• Participate actively on the floor, interacting with customers and team members to model excellent service.
• Address customer and employee concerns, escalating when necessary.
• Plan and execute operational strategies to achieve store performance targets.
• Maintain company policies, protect assets, and uphold confidentiality.
• Support recruiting, training, and retention initiatives.

Required profile

• Availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
• Fluency in English and the local language, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience leading teams in retail, sales, or a related field.
