Retail Store Manager

About the role

Apple Retail is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic team in delivering the iconic Apple customer experience. You will be responsible for coaching, developing, and empowering team members while ensuring the store meets performance and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team to achieve performance and developmental objectives.
• Participate actively on the floor, interacting with customers and team members to model best practices.
• Recruit, train, and retain high‑performing talent.
• Address customer and employee escalations, collaborating with leadership and People partners as needed.
• Plan and execute operational strategies to meet store performance targets.
• Uphold Apple policies, protect confidential information, and maintain store assets.
• Foster an inclusive environment and demonstrate Apple’s values of diversity and respect.

Required profile

• Availability to work a schedule that includes nights, weekends, and public holidays, in line with local laws.
• Fluency in English and the local language, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience leading teams in retail, sales, or a related field.
