Responsable Qualité Customer Line / Manager QFP

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a Quality Customer Line Manager (QFP) to lead quality performance for a specific aircraft line or zone. Based in Toulouse, you will act as the central liaison between production, engineering, programmes and suppliers, ensuring smooth assembly flow and compliance with safety, quality, cost and delivery targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a dedicated quality team, fostering a collaborative and safety‑focused environment.
• Maintain close alignment with production leaders, engineering, programmes and suppliers to resolve complex non‑conformities.
• Monitor team performance, enforce quality processes, manufacturing instructions and manage non‑quality action plans.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives and implement the new organisation through the QMT project.
• Guarantee on‑time aircraft delivery while upholding safety, quality and cost objectives.

Required profile

• Significant experience in a production or industrial environment (e.g., final assembly line, manufacturing plant).
• Proven team‑management skills with the ability to drive results and maintain high safety standards.
• Strong cross‑functional communication abilities to work with production, engineering, programmes and suppliers.
