Responsable Programme et Commerce

About the role

The Programme and Commerce Manager will be responsible for end‑to‑end ownership of multiple projects and programmes, ensuring alignment with customer strategy and company objectives. This senior position reports to senior leadership and works across functional teams to deliver high‑quality products on schedule and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Take full accountability for the lifecycle of programmes and products, managing inter‑dependencies across a portfolio of projects.
• Define, develop and implement programme and product strategies that meet customer needs and market demands.
• Monitor and guarantee achievement of quality, delivery, financial (including P&L) and compliance targets.
• Lead the programme organisation, optimise resource allocation, resolve conflicts and manage risks and opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to compliance standards and act with integrity to protect the company’s reputation and sustainable growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing complex programmes or product portfolios, preferably in an industrial or aerospace environment.
• Strong leadership and decision‑making abilities with a track record of delivering results on time and within budget.
• Excellent analytical skills to assess risks, opportunities and financial performance.
• Commitment to ethical conduct and compliance with regulatory requirements.
