Responsable Intégration & Validation Radar

About the role

As a member of the Technical France Directorate, you will join the Radio‑Frequency (RF) Sensors and Data Link department. You will act as the Integration, Validation and Qualification (RIV) leader for the development of an embedded radar sensor, ensuring that the system meets performance and safety requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the integration of radar sensor hardware and software into the target platform.
• Define and execute validation test plans, analysing results and driving corrective actions.
• Coordinate qualification activities with cross‑functional teams, including design, manufacturing and quality.
• Maintain documentation of integration procedures, test reports and compliance evidence.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and support project scheduling.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (e.g., Electrical, Electronics, Aerospace) with several years of experience in radar or RF sensor projects.
• Proven ability to manage complex integration and validation programmes.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with aerospace/defence standards.
• Excellent communication in French and English.

Required skills

• Experience with radar sensor integration and validation processes.
• Knowledge of RF testing equipment and methodologies.
• Understanding of qualification and certification procedures for aerospace systems.
