About the role

The position reports directly to the General Director and is a member of the executive committee. You will lead the Development & Communication department, shaping the growth and visibility strategy of Eloquentia. You will be responsible for driving both internal and external communication campaigns, fostering partnerships, and ensuring the organization’s message aligns with its growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the overall development strategy for the organization.
• Oversee communication initiatives to enhance the brand’s reach and reputation.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to align development projects with communication goals.
• Monitor performance indicators and adjust tactics to accelerate growth.
• Represent the department in the management committee and contribute to strategic decision‑making.

• Proven experience in leading development and communication functions.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to influence senior management.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
