About the role

Armor Lux is seeking a Store Manager for its ready‑to‑wear boutique in Quimper. You will be responsible for driving sales, leading the team and ensuring the store reflects the brand’s maritime heritage and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Boost turnover using sales indicators and merchandising standards.
• Recruit, train and manage daily activities of the sales team.
• Implement the company’s development strategy at the store level.
• Analyse quantitative and qualitative dashboards, communicate results and apply corrective actions.
• Welcome customers, provide product advice, handle alterations and complete sales transactions.
• Open and close the cash register, perform bank deposits and ensure accurate cash handling.
• Maintain store appearance, oversee opening/closing procedures and ensure security compliance.
• Receive deliveries, unpack, label, verify invoices and replenish stock.
• Participate in annual inventory and manage stock handling tasks.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail or fashion store management.
• Strong leadership skills for team recruitment, training and daily supervision.
• Ability to analyse sales data and implement corrective measures.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Organisational skills to manage store operations, merchandising and inventory.
