Responsable contrat maintenance (F/H)

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Contract Manager to support the growth of SOTEB. Reporting to the client manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance contract and leading a team of ten technicians on site.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the overall maintenance contract, ensuring compliance with client expectations and service level agreements.
• Lead, coach, and coordinate a team of 10 maintenance technicians across various sites.
• Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Monitor performance metrics, safety standards, and quality of work.
• Prepare regular reports for the client manager and senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing maintenance contracts or similar operational roles.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in French.
• Ability to work autonomously and make decisions under pressure.
