About the role

The Elevator Repair Technician ensures safe, reliable operation of elevators by delivering high‑quality maintenance, repairs and customer service on site in Annecy and surrounding areas.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships, providing proactive communication on call‑out ETA, work performed and follow‑up notifications.
• Execute planned maintenance, emergency call‑outs and unplanned repairs while respecting schedules, safety standards and quality procedures.
• Maintain accurate real‑time reporting of work performed at equipment level using the e‑Optimum system.
• Identify site risks, apply escalation procedures, and take immediate action on high‑risk situations.
• Handle inventory of spare parts, request supplies, and keep service tools and vehicle in good condition.
• Submit timesheets, raise sales leads and contribute feedback for continuous improvement of products and safety methods.

• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and clear, precise on‑site communication.
• Commitment to safety, risk identification and adherence to escalation protocols.
• Ability to plan workload efficiently and collaborate with service supervisors.
• Willingness to attend training on lift technologies and share knowledge with colleagues.

Required skills

• Elevator maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with e‑Optimum reporting system.
• Use of service tools, instrumentation and safe working practices.
