About the role

We are looking for a full‑time remote Travel Agent to join our team. In this position you will help clients plan and book their journeys, providing personalized service and promoting sustainable travel options.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and book travel arrangements including flights, hotels, car rentals and itineraries.
• Interact with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable travel options.
• Support sales initiatives by identifying upsell opportunities and promoting additional services.
• Maintain accurate records using travel booking software and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Stay informed about industry trends, sustainability practices and global travel regulations.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience in travel agency, tourism or related fields is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
