Remote Full‑Time Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a remote, full‑time Accountant to join our technical and quality‑driven team. You will be responsible for managing daily financial activities, ensuring accurate record‑keeping, and supporting strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Record transactions and maintain the general ledger.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, and perform bank reconciliations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow analysis.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and communicate financial information promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting and tax compliance.
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations and payroll support.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to meet multiple deadlines remotely.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to analyze financial data and generate accurate reports.
