Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are seeking a motivated French‑English Customer Support Representative to join our global, fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them solve technical or order‑related issues while delivering a friendly, solution‑focused experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via chat, email, and phone.
• Provide step‑by‑step guidance to resolve technical, product, or order issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our support platform.
• Share customer feedback and insights to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with teammates and other departments to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑oriented attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments and CRM concepts.

Required skills

• Experience with support tools such as Gorgias, Zendesk or similar.
• Knowledge of Shopify or other e‑commerce platforms.
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems.
