Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French-English Customer Support Representative to join our global, fully remote team. In this role you will interact with customers via chat, email and phone, turning inquiries into positive experiences while supporting our e-commerce operations.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions in French and English through chat, email and calls.
• Provide step-by-step guidance to resolve technical, order-related or account issues.
• Maintain accurate records of each interaction in our CRM system.
• Share customer feedback and insights to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with teammates and other departments to ensure seamless service.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Reliable laptop (i5 or better), high-speed internet (≥25 Mbps) and a quiet workspace.
• Calm, solution-focused attitude under pressure.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar help-desk tools.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and CRM systems.
