Regional Trainer – France

About the role

The Regional Trainer for France will act as the brand’s ambassador, delivering Rare Beauty’s education and training programs across the territory. This role combines product expertise, advanced makeup application, and sales coaching to empower field teams, beauty advisors, and retail partners.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the VP of Education, Brand Manager and Director of Global Artistry to identify training needs.
• Serve as liaison between the Field Team and Beauty Advisors, monitoring business performance and supporting events to achieve regional sales goals.
• Design and deliver in‑store trainings, seminars and master‑classes covering product knowledge, advanced makeup techniques and service‑selling skills.
• Develop engaging, interactive training materials such as monthly artistry tips, service modules and talent development resources.
• Partner with retail managers and store staff to build strong relationships and enhance customer experiences.
• Participate in community and special events, working alongside Field Teams.
• Attend all required internal trainings, meetings and conference calls to stay aligned with brand updates.

• Ability to act as a resource and leader, traveling across the territory as needed.
