Regional Retail Education Manager EU/UK

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Regional Retail Education Manager to lead the implementation of our Global Retail Education strategy across the EU and UK. Reporting to the Retail Education Director, you will act as a brand ambassador, delivering training, events and masterclasses while ensuring excellence in in‑store execution.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and adapt the Global Retail Education framework to regional market needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, Beauty Advisors and store teams.
• Oversee visual merchandising, grooming standards and key performance indicators across retail locations.
• Organise and facilitate training sessions, events and masterclasses to elevate brand presence.
• Collect, analyse and report qualitative and quantitative feedback, providing actionable insights to the global team.
• Collaborate with the Regional Commercial team to align strategy and ensure successful execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail education, training or a related field.
• Experience in the luxury or premium retail sector is a strong plus.
• Fluency in French and English; additional European language is an advantage.
