Regional Marketing Specialist – EMEA

About the role

Skywise, the Airbus‑owned digital services business, is looking for a Regional Marketing Specialist to champion its Tech Ops solutions across the EMEA region. Based in Toulouse, you will combine market intelligence, competitive analysis and pre‑sales support to help drive growth and strengthen Skywise’s position in the aviation industry.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of the regional marketing plan, including market research, competitor tracking and forecasting.
• Produce and present market analyses, customer insights and pricing recommendations to internal business lines.
• Assist sales teams throughout the full sales cycle – lead qualification, opportunity planning, presentations, demonstrations and RFP responses.
• Develop go‑to‑market tools such as sales kits, training material and pricing policies tailored to the EMEA market.
• Gather and channel customer feedback through focus groups, trial programmes and user forums.
• Create and maintain marketing content for press releases, websites, blogs, social media, trade shows and conferences.
• Stay up‑to‑date with airline operational processes and emerging technologies to act as a subject‑matter expert.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B marketing within the aviation, aerospace or related high‑tech sectors.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate market data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills for delivering presentations and supporting customer meetings.
• Fluency in English; additional European language(s) a plus.
• Willingness to work onsite in Toulouse and travel across the EMEA region as needed.
