Regional Director, Southern Europe

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Regional Director for Southern Europe to lead Samba’s expansion across France and other southern EU markets. Based in Paris and reporting to the Commercial Director EMEA, you will shape the go‑to‑market strategy, build strategic partnerships and drive revenue growth for our media intelligence and data solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and expand strategic relationships with holding‑company leaders and agencies across Data, Analytics, Programmatic and Ad‑Tech sectors in Southern Europe.
• Develop and execute local and regional GTM strategies, agency account plans and enterprise‑level data agreements.
• Consistently exceed revenue targets through consultative selling, complex negotiations and accurate forecasting.
• Lead the full sales cycle from client education and RFI response to pipeline nurturing and closing.
• Host quarterly business reviews, provide product education and maintain agency contact mapping.
• Travel internationally as required while working remotely.

Required profile

• Proven record of revenue generation in data, programmatic advertising or related digital media sectors.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to lead complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with senior agency and brand executives.
• Willingness to work remotely from Paris and travel across the region and internationally.
