About the role

DESOTEC is seeking a Regional Business Director for France to lead one of its most strategic markets. This senior position combines commercial leadership, strategic planning, and people management to drive growth and reinforce the company’s market position in the environmental services sector.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the growth strategy for the French market, turning opportunities into measurable business results.
• Lead, coach and inspire a team of eight Sales Managers, fostering a high‑performance, entrepreneurial culture.
• Own commercial performance, pricing strategy and P&L results for the region.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with customers, partners and key stakeholders to strengthen market position.
• Collaborate closely with international teams and headquarters to align strategy, drive sustainable growth and support organizational development.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or a related field.
• 10–15+ years of commercial leadership experience, preferably in an international B2B or industrial environment.
• Proven track record in developing and executing growth and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Strong business acumen with data‑driven decision‑making, pricing, contract negotiation and P&L ownership.
• Fluent in French and English with willingness to travel.
