Recruitment Team Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Recruitment Team Lead to head a high‑performing talent acquisition function for a fast‑growing international organization. Based in France and operating in a remote‑first environment, you will combine hands‑on hiring with people leadership to deliver fast, quality hires across technical roles.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment delivery for multiple technical positions, ensuring timely, high‑quality placements.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of recruiters, setting clear objectives and fostering continuous improvement.
• Own the intake process with hiring managers, defining role requirements and guiding expectations.
• Monitor pipelines, analyse conversion metrics, identify bottlenecks and adjust strategies.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers through regular updates and proactive communication.
• Collaborate with sourcing teams to allocate resources and maintain healthy candidate pipelines.
• Track and report key recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑fill, offer acceptance rates and overall hiring performance.
• Support talent pipeline initiatives by keeping qualified candidates engaged for future opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical recruitment, including at least 2 years in a leadership or senior recruiter role.
• Proven success recruiting senior software engineers or specialized technical professionals, preferably in consulting, professional services or high‑growth tech environments.
• Experience managing multiple recruitment projects and stakeholder relationships simultaneously.
• Strong expertise in conducting structured intake meetings and partnering with hiring managers.
• Previous experience coaching, mentoring or leading recruiters.
• Excellent organisational, prioritisation and time‑management skills.
