Recruitment Consultant – Business Development & Delivery (Remote)

About the role

We are launching a new growth phase and need a Recruitment Consultant to join our fully‑remote team in France. You will combine business development with end‑to‑end recruitment delivery, shaping your own success from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and win new clients, primarily in Life Sciences and related sectors (≈60% of time).
• Build and expand your own client portfolio, lead meetings, negotiate contracts and define go‑to‑market strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned accounts (≈40% of time), including sourcing, interviewing, presenting candidates and driving offers.
• Maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure smooth onboarding.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of experience in agency recruitment.
• Existing client portfolio that can be leveraged immediately.
• Strong business‑development mindset with a hunter mentality.
• Proven ability to manage full recruitment cycles from sourcing to onboarding.
• Confident communicator with a commercial edge.
