Recruiting Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support high‑growth hiring operations for a fast‑moving technology organization based in France. Working remotely, you will partner with recruiters, hiring managers and global stakeholders to ensure a smooth, efficient and positive experience for candidates and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, involving candidates, recruiters, hiring managers and interview panels.
• Manage all candidate communications throughout the hiring journey with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate records and reliable recruiting data.
• Track recruiting metrics and support reporting on pipeline activity, hiring progress and operational performance.
• Assist with candidate sourcing initiatives and outbound recruiting campaigns when needed.
• Support offer coordination, pre‑onboarding activities and transition steps for successful candidates.
• Identify and implement improvements to recruiting workflows, documentation and operational processes.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives, talent programs and special recruiting projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, talent acquisition or a similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams across different locations and time zones.
