Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

MEDIA JD is seeking a proactive Recruiter to join its fast‑growing HR team. You will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, and onboarding top talent that supports the company’s expansion in the tech and internet sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and attract qualified candidates through multiple recruitment channels.
• Conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Partner with department heads to refine job profiles and understand hiring needs.
• Manage the full selection process, including negotiations and onboarding.
• Maintain up‑to‑date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a recruiter in a professional environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to assess both technical and behavioral competencies.
• Results‑driven, able to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
